Chili's Grill & Bar

For a chain restaurant it wasn't a terrible adventure. We have been dining at a lot of non chain places and there is a difference. The food we ordered was good and they made a special order for my wife (I had the Caribbean salad and my wife had shrimp quesadillas). Beer selection was decent but no local craft beers were offered. Place was clean and service was spot on. I don't typically like going to a chain but this one was good

Arrived around 6pm maybe 20 people in the whole restaurant. Waitress took our order and asked did we want salads to come out first. We all replied Yes, 40 mins later all of our food comes out with the salads same time as entree. Waited 25 mins for refills maybe seen waitress twice. When its time to pay both checks were messed up had to tell waitress 4 times what the issue was and she first assured everything was fine she just rang up random stuff to cover something else finally its fixed. Not just a couple dollars difference try $10-$15. Stopped coming months ago due to same issues of long wait times for check, checks being incorrect. for waitress to come back and get money & decided to try again because i do like their food. Will not return. If you decide to go just watch your checks

Loaded mashed potatoes had huge lumps in them. They brought my daughter crispers and the sides were suppose to be asparagus and loaded potatoes and they brought French fries and loaded potatoes. Then had a free dessert and said we couldn't use it because it wasn't good unless we purchased an adult meal but the only thing it said it couldn't be combined with was the 2 for $25. Won't be coming back here.
