Subway

If I could give less than a star, I would. The manager was rude not only to the other employee but the customers as well. The food wasn't enough to feed a rabbit. You can't get ahold of corporate. $32 for 3 salads that I could fit in my hand. Ridiculous! I will not be back and wouldn't recommend anyone else going there unless you like throwing away your money.

The Subway itself is fine, I've never has any issues in store and the subs have always been good. However the Subway website is terrible, never order online, everytime I order from the website I have a problem. Online issues ranging from website glitches, sending the restaurant multiples of one order, billing twice for one order and billing for an order that didn't process. The store resolved any issues I've had but the website is just a terrible half functional mess and their corporate customer service is essentially useless. If you want a sub just go to the store avoid the website.

The manager Juan was plain awful. We ordered on the app and there was a mess up with two of the subs we ordered. Not only did he refuse to fix them but he also refused to give us the cookie we paid for but never got. Then when my husband said he was calling corp to complain, Juan then THREATENED my husband to “take it outside”. What kind of manager talks to customers like this?!? Ive always loved subway, but now I will never go back

Don't order delivery. I don't know if Subway or Doordash owns the error, but every time I've ordered, I've gotten someone else's food, or only the sandwiches I ordered, no sides or drinks. You'd think Subway would put up a sign, something like "Doordash drivers: Did you ask if there are drinks or chips", but given that the sandwiches are wrong half the time, I have to assume Subway simply does not care, as long as they get paid.
