Logans Roadhouse

I was a little leery after reading some of the reviews, but I received a gift card for Christmas so I went for dinner last week. I was seated promptly & the restaurant appeared clean. My server was excellent. She provided recommendations & asked to take my full order when she returned as a large group had just been seated in her section & she didn't want me to have to wait for my meal. I opted for the Anything & Everything Salad. The warm yeast rolls & whipped butter were phenomenal!! My server said I would have an 8 minute wait for fresh rolls & I'm so glad I waited!! The salad was quite tasty. I found it a little heavy on the bacon - at times it overpowered the other flavors in the salad. Otherwise, everything was crisp & fresh & the house made ranch dressing was delicious! I would definitely return to this location - looking forward to trying a steak.

Very good, cool interior and unique menu. Stopped in for late dinner, sat at the bar, very good service. Warm rolls were yummy. I started with the potato soup, warm and homey, tasty. For my entree, I got the meatloaf with mashed potatoes, huge portion!! Was very good, just what I wanted. My partner got the steak salad, he said it was very tasty. If this restaurant was closer to my home, I would be there all the time!!

I have been trying to give this restaurant a chance considering that most businesses are short staffed & the employees they do have are probably over worked. However, after today I won’t be back. I ordered my food & the wait time was 31 minutes. I received my text that the food was done & replied back for curbside pick up…15 minutes later I am still waiting so I just went inside to get it. Literally everyone is standing around at the counter looking at me like I done something wrong. As I get out to the car to check my food it’s made wrong. That wouldn’t be so bad if it was the first time but the previous 3 times it was also made wrong. It’s always the same guy working when this has happened saying it’s the computer system they can’t see the orders. I know every excuse now they have even the managers. I really hate leaving a negative review but after talking to manager on previous times, letting him know it’s always been the young guy at the counter working when this happens, & they do nothing to fix their mistakes. My times valuable & over an hour wait for a salad that’s made wrong is uncalled for.

Drove 30 minutes to get there. Waited an over an hour for seating. Was parked in handicapped space right at the door. As soon as text was received one of party immediately went in restaurant. Approximately 1 to 2 minutes after receiving text on phone. The girl at desk said we were sent text and did not come in.....this was a bare faced lie. The manager was called and he said all he could do was put us back on the list. No apologize was given. The so called "manager" did not even know how to use equipment being used to seat people. He ask supposed "hostess" if we could be seated in a certain section and she was a smart butt about it and said they could not do that so they would have to put us back on list because he could not seat us ahead of other people. This is bad business. You need different management in all aspects in that restaurant.

Good food but poor takeout experience. They nickel and dime you on things like drinks. I paid for 20oz cup and they tried to give me a kids cup. My salmon was delicious but it came with about 2 tablespoons of rice. Be careful when ordering sides and extras as prices are not the same for the same item depending on how you select an item. Also, make sure you get utensils. Again, delicious food but you'd think they would have the takeout experience down by now.
