Absolutely awesome experience! Mobile order went smoothly, app worked correctly, and great staff! Upon arrival, waited maybe 5 seconds before being greeted at the order podium. I advised of my mobile order, associate acknowledged, and sent me to the window. Upon arrival at the window, I was advised that the spicy chicken was being cooked fresh and I had the option to wait or switch to something. I opted to wait about 3-4 mins around front. Two smiling and very kind associates brought out our order and both thanked me. Food was cooked perfectly, hot, and fresh. Delicious experience dining after a long day of work! Thank you to the team at Popeyes Bristol, Va!!

We have been here many times and always gotten hot food. We normally order the chicken strips and fries. Sometimes we order the popcorn shrimp. On Sunday, we had to wait about 10 minutes for them to fry up more chicken and it was worth the wait. This popeyes is much better than the other locations. They seem to possibly marinate the chicken longer?

Have not eaten here in years in another location. Very surprised how good the food was. Excellent chicken and Mac and cheese. Polite staff as well! Our new choice over KFC!

They have improved tremendously since their opening. The chicken sandwich is to die for. Sarah that was working the window replaced my whole order because they left a chicken sandwich out of my bag. She was extremely nice about and apologized several times.

Drive thru only and they were very slow. I asked for my shrimp to be cooked fresh but I got greasy crunchy slightly warm bits of breading mostly. And I tried to call the store to complain and they would not answer the phone. I wouldnt go here again.

The assistant manager was working at the drive thru window and my wife and I asked if the outdoor tables were available. She immediately offered to meet my wife and I at the table with an umbrella! Nice! My wife tried the spicy chicken sandwich, I had the same and a shrimp tackle box special and it was very good!
I asked the assistant manager if I could take a pic in the restaurant for my Google review and she politely said it would be fine. I recommend the Bristol Popeye's on Euclid Avenue!!

Although the food is good as always. The manager that was at this specific establishment at the time I got there honestly seemed very rude, compared to the Popeyes managers in Louisiana who always seem upbeat.
