Domino's Pizza

Worst customer service & experience. We ordered a pizza, is had barely any sauce on it, so we called & they gave us the option to refund or & reordered our pizza. After an hour of waiting for our reorder, we call to get a update. Waited on hold for almost 10 mins. It wasn’t even taken out of the oven yet… so we said forget it, just refund the order. & then we were told they couldn’t do that until management came in… so they’re running the store with no management & can’t prioritize an order that needed to be remade due to their mistake. Super frustrating because this was the family movie night pick. But now we know to not have this place as an option.

It was a curbside pick up we waited outside in our car for 3 full14 inch and there wasn’t any body came so I called the store from app The old lady answered she was not very happy “said next time park your car in our parking lot plz” and then she walked towards my car with all kinds attitude and yelled out loud “there is no one in the parking lot for the Chris sake” like she was having a very bad day. I was like thanks for ruining my day and I will not return to this store. How far away was my car to your store? 300 mil? For that attitude to bring 3 orders for Chris sake
