Always a great experience at this location. Staff is kind and helpful. I’ve never utilized the pharmacy so I can’t speak of my experience. I love going to Walgreens for their seasonal selections! UPDATE: Got my vaccine here; as I was relaxing for a few moments after getting the shot, the pharmacy received a very difficult customer. The customer was being very hostile towards the employees, who had nothing to do with the customer’s situation. The staff, especially Courtney, responded to the stressful situation in a professional manner. Kudos to the crew!

Super rude and unwilling to help. I went in only to get energy drinks and the staff got upset because I tried to buy them (?) of which didn’t happen because my card kept getting declined, which was entirely on them because it YES, had more than enough money on it, and YES, I had entered the correct pin (before I get spoken to like I’m dumb again 💀).

If I could give the staff in this pharmacy more stars, I would in a heartbeat! Every time I’m there for my medicine it seems to me like someone is always being rude to the staff. Today was probably the one of the days I felt the most bad for these folks. I was in seeing if my medicine was ready and a girl in drive thru who I think is new seemed to really be getting yelled at for medicines. Clearly upset, Shelby, the other tech up front took over for her and was doing her best to fix whatever was going on. I’m told medicine is a bit delayed because of system issues yesterday. Completely understand. Well I come thru drive thru later on to get it and the lady in the same car is back screaming and throwing her hands at her steering wheel at who I recognize as Shelby again. Now this tech is always absolutely amazing and one of the most kindest girls. They are talking back and forth and finally she says “we are doing the best we can, nobody here deserves to be treated this way. Huge props to Shelby for being there for your coworkers and to all of the other techs here. Such a fantastic group of girls that you want filling your medicine. SHAME ON YOU SOCIETY FORE BEING THIS WAY. If it wasn’t for these girls we wouldn’t be able to get everything we do. If any of you girls see this, I appreciate you and I hope management stands by you when these people act like this. Thank you girls and everyone at Bristol Walgreens for everything you do for us during these crazy times

The store is neat, clean and usually well stocked. I’ve never used the pharmacy at this location, but the store staff is helpful and friendly. They normally remind you that you have Balance Rewards points when you are checking out and occasionally will check (in store) coupons to help save you money on your items that you may not be aware is on sale.

I never write reviews, but I had such a good experience at this Walgreen's Pharmacy I had to. Collin and staff were so kind and patient with me as we figured out what vaccines I needed. Everyone is very knowledgeable and went out of their way to answer my questions - so thankful for such a caring staff!
