First timers. My wife and I walked in and were seated pretty quickly, with a fantastic view of the harbor. The staff was knowledgeable and friendly and quick. We heard the daily specials and ordered. The food came out quickly and was delicious. As I told the waitress, when she asked how we liked our meals, I told her "that everything we had was as good as I had hoped it would be". You will definitely be making the right decision, when you choose "The Lobster 🦞 Pot". We will be going back very soon. 👍👍👍💯

We ate here 30 years ago, again 3 years ago and this year. Quality is consistent. Wonderful lobster! I'll be back.

The food was delicious, the view was spectacular, and the service was fast and friendly! The only downsides are parking can be tough if they're busy (it was pretty busy when we went and it took some shuffling to get in and out of the lot, a couple 9 point turns to get my SUV out after dinner) and it's a bit pricey for the lobster, but you get what you pay for and was well worth the money.
We ordered calimari for an appetizer and the waitress told us they were out. I was a bit disappointed but turns out to be a good thing because we got the crabcakes instead and wow! They were amazing! Absolutely amazing. My girlfriend got the fish n chips and I got the baked stuffed lobster and it was the best I've ever had! 5 stars! The scallops stuffed inside were melt in your mouth tender, and the lobster and stuffing mix were just perfect.
It's a bit of a drive for us to get there but it was worth it. I look forward to coming back again.

Food and table service were very good. Issue was with front of the house. Greeted by older hostess who was not friendly & was refusing to sit us at 8:10pm when online hours say they close at 9pm. Saying kitchening is closing now. They are running out of food. We should have made a reservation. We did call to try to make a reservation 30 minutes earlier. We were hung up on by same person. I can't say that was intentional but she prob would have told us not to come. When I reacted to this ridiculousness. She sat us in bar dining room. From there a better experience but very bad first impression. People in front of us treated poorly as well. I know it's hard to get workers but some miminal level of customer service should still be expected.

I went to the lobster pot with my grandmother and family to celebrate her getting out of rehab after 3 long months of recovering from a stroke. Due to the stroke when going out she uses a wheel chair to get around in public areas. The treatment we received was discriminatory. My family and I arrived at 5 while the restaurant was relatively empty. They brought us to the back room (near the bathroom and kitchen) instead of sitting us in the main dinning room which is significantly nicer. In the back room there was no one other than a group of teenagers which made it quite clear we where meant to be hidden. After a few moments later the only black couple in the whole restaurant was seated by us in the back room. When leaving the restaurant we noticed the main dining room was still partially empty and seated where white able-bodied mature aged costumers. On top of that we where given ritz crackers and wheat thins instead of bread while the main dining room was given fresh bread. When the waitresses overheard us complaining we where given bread after we finished our appetizer.

We were having such a great time, I forgot to take a picture of any of the food. The food and drinks were all very good. It's got a beautiful view. It's classy. For all that it is, it's not terribly expensive.

Very disappointed. Service and view were great but food was almost the worst seafood Ive had and for a very expensive price. Small, dry oysters. Soggy calamari. I had red pepper pasta that was utterly horrible, pasta was cooked bad, scallops were dry and shrimp tasted old and the sauce itself I couldn’t even stand the smell of. Biggest regret giving them my money, could’ve went to a 5 star restaurant for the same amount of money.

Its smells like disgusting mildew as soon as you walk in. I went with 4 other ppl and we all looked at eachother with the same thought as soon as we walked in. We ended up leaving.. I mean its entirely original carpeting from what I can see? At least rip all of that out and lay down some waterproof laminate to remove the smell if they don't want to spare the expense. The views are amazing so it's unfortunate. The smell pretty much takes your appetite away.
