Domino's Pizza

I love this Domino’s pizza location and eat there often…actually a little too often. Today, I ordered some very custom pizzas, and my order was perfect in every way! So perfect, I had to call and thank the person who made them! You’ll be thankful too once you order from there. They are fabulous!!! The food is always amazing!

We were staying at a local hotel. Place our order at 6:18. At 7:15 I called and was told order was being made. Mind you this is 45 min later. By 7:50 I tried calling for the second time. Was immediately placed on hold. After 12 min I got in my car and made the drive to the location. Was still on hold at the time. Walked in and no one was even on the phone. Put me on hold and weren’t trying to even find out what I needed. I told them to cancel my order at this point it had been and hour and 45 min since I placed order. Manager didn’t even try to diffuse the situation he was talking under his breath about how mad I was. Finally ended up giving me the food that had been siting on a rack for who knows how long and a refund. But the attitude and length of time for a small pizza and pasta (food for 2) was insane. Customer service is not their strong point. I feel bad for all the other deliveries that were also sitting on that same shelf

So over the course of 5 years I've ordered from this location maybe 4 times. And everytime I've gotten disgustingly sick. For days type sick. No other location has done this to me. Im not sure why at this point but I cant be the only person who's been physically ill everytime you order from this dominos location.
