When I ordered the first time they messed up and had given me a $10 credit. I called in a later date to use that credit and they said I never received it (And we tried two different phone numbers)
I was also told they do not carry any more apple pies but their website clearly gives me the option to buy them. The whole time I was given attitude on the phone mind you.
When the food was delivered they went to the wrong door when I specifically said to go to the back door. When the guy tried telling me the total he said it was more than what it really was and I had to correct him before I give him the money!
The wings were either swimming in sauce or only had meat on half the bone.
This was such a disappointment.
Never had a worse experience.

The boneless chicken wings were way overcooked so we called the store to tell them. They quickly offered to remake them or give us a credit for our next offer. This was great customer service but it would have been better if they were cooked right the first time.

Wanted to try the Detroit deep dish. Used the app to order, they came out promptly to bring out our food and the pizza and wings were very good. There's been a lot of mixed reviews, especially in the past for this particular store, we had a not so great experience as far as service when they were fairly new. Seems like they are trying to improve and hoping they are successful!

pizza was excellent, as usual. although you could have put more chicken on the buffalo pizza. delivery was 45 minutes from when the order was placed which I think is very good.

I love the Bristol Pizza Hut. The food is always consistently great quality and great service . The manager she is so friendly and the delivery driver is always prompt and courteous. My food always looks and tastes great pickup AND delivery ! I love the app and the late hours
