Mcdonald's

Usually McDonald's are pretty consistently decent. Unfortunately this place has not been so great. The two times I have been here (last two weeks). Several items were not available. Also my orders were not correct. This last time it took me 10 minutes to get a mild cup of coffee. Fortunately for them they are the only place in the area where one can sit and work for >30min so I will probably be back next week.

I read a review from a former McDonald's employee. They said to NEVER get a sundae from McDonald's because they pour the toppings like caramel into the container over molded caramel already in there instead of cleaning the container and starting fresh. I travel around Indiana and Michigan. After ordering iced caramel coffee drinks my stomach would cramp severely and you know what came next for a good hour. I know it was this as I had nothing to eat before or after. I stopped going to the McDonald's that caused me this mold explosion in my stomach, but this location until today never caused this issue. So as I write this, I am doubled over in pain sitting on the throne. No answer at this McDonald's so I can tell them the disgust I have for them and how they take my money to cause such illness. I thought there was an agency to monitor unsafe food practices. Oh...yes, the Elkhart County Health Dept. That's where I'm gonna start anyway. Stop at this McDonald's at your own risk!!!

Let's see we ordered pies first that took a hour to get. Second a gentleman ordered from their kiosk but it didn't give a receipt. He told the manager what happened and the manager said call the bank. I worked for McDonald's in my past and I know they could have given to him free and made it a good experience since all he wanted was his food. This man had already had a bad day just dealt with a flat tire and rather than fix the issue they said call your bank. Are you serious. This happened in front of a group so not only he but all of us are appalled by them and you didn't lose one you lost lots over something so simple. I'd chose to go to a different one since they are independently owned. Give your money to one that works hard because without customers you have nothing remember that.

This place isb at the Gallops on 15 and 20 and it's....yeah. if you think about going here, do yourself a favor and keep going. I hope the owner sees this and does something about it. This is the few times we've went in the last year. The service is awful. Woman who took my order argued with what I said... Or what she claims I didn't say I guess. At the drive through, they wouldn't take my order until the car in front drove off with their order. Another time there was literally no one in line. Just me. Took 20 min to get my food. My wife just came home with mcdonald's (I wish I would have known, I would have told her to skip this particular one.) And she got us mcdoubles to share. I guess at this place mcdoubles is code for regular cheeseburgers.
