Visited on a Friday evening. Received a warm welcome and had fantastic service. The food was fabulous; I’d thoroughly recommend the Lamb dish (in the photo) the lamb was really tender. The rest of my party were vegetarian and they were really happy with their choices also. Overall we had a great evening in a relaxed atmosphere with quality food.

Decided to have a lunch there. This is a quite popular place. The staff was friendly and very helpful. There was no issue with swapping potato wedges to basmati rice or not putting coriander to our dishes. I had a punjabi chicken with modern twist and my husband ordered meat medley. I just wish my fluffy rice had more flavour. Very interesting decor try to count all the exotic birds on the ceiling.

Service and food was very good. On your first time you are explained a bit of the history of the restaurant/family and later about the food of the region, quite helpful and interesting to be honest. Comes to the food, it is very nice. However, it feels a bit overpriced for the amount of food, no complaints at all about quality or flavor as it was amazing. Desserts also looked very nice but we didn't order any this time. It is definitely worthy the visit and we will come back. If price was a little bit less I would be a regular every other week to try everything in the menu as nothing we tried we didn't like. It was only nice food and amazing food. Thanks for the experience!

We had an impromptu visit for a wonderful Fathers day special menu. The food was delicious and generous portions with a very welcoming host and family. We aim to return.

Had my first visit today to Pipal Tree and wasn't disappointed. The menu has some lovely options and I went for the Vegan Medley which when it arrived was a true visual delight. The dish tasted amazing, lots of fresh spicy flavours and the price's are really good for the high quality food I received. I'll definitely be returning to sample more delights from their menu and would highly recommend to others.

Amazing evening out for a birthday meal. 9 of us sat downstairs and were cared for by the staff so well, no drinks left empty, the menu explained to us. All the staff were lovely and chatty. One person in the party is extremely picky, the man that runs the restaurant came and planned what he could eat and sorted it out. All the food was fresh, flavourful and delicious. Everything looked amazing and plated beautifully. Plenty of vegetarian and vegan options which is a rarity. The birthday boy even got a card and cake!! Was an amazing meal & everyone left full & very happy!

Small, family run restaurant. Everything cooked from scratch so easily catered for my many dietary requirements. SO TASTY! Family came from the Punjab, couldn't find the ingredients here and compromised, resulting in a fusion that they've stuck with. You literally won't get this food anywhere else. I have eaten here a few times. You need to book, they are small and now with social distancing less tables are available. I've used them for take away when they've been full. Equally good.

Welcomed by Dylan the owner who gave us a choice of tables upon arrival. He then explained about his family restaurant and the menu which is split into Land (meat), Sea (fish), Sky (bird), Garden (veggie/vegan). Starters, Mains and desserts are available. They stock spirits, bottled bears, soft drinks and draught Cobra. Our food was delicious and tasty. They can add more chillis for a hotter meal if wanted. We would definitely recommend this restaurant and can't wait to try the recently opened other family restaurant Pipal Leaf in Church Rd which is ran by Dylan's dad and sister.
