Quite a compact place to eat but very nice food. Service is everything you want nothing more nothing less. Food came in an appropriate amount of time. Prices slightly more than you'd expect for a good steak or lamb, but very much worth it. Would recommend but not go back in a hurry as there are many
Nice relaxed dining experience. We went there for my husband's birthday and there weren't many diners but it was a weekday evening. Service was friendly and efficient and the food was all excellent. My steak was very good although afterwards I thought I could have done without the "additional" sauce
Been meaning to try this restaurant for some time. My daughter treated me, as an early Father's Day present. We were not disappointed. Relaxed service, food nicely cooked and presented. Not fussy, just right. Will return in the future to sample the Sunday Lunch.
Went last night for our daughter's birthday. What a fabulous place wonderful seasonal menu, great vegetarian menu, service excellent. I shall remember the comment from the waitress when we joked that our wine had been stolen- brilliant! A gem of a place we plan to visit again soon.
We had a very enjoyable Sunday lunch.The Vegan and the Vegetarian in our party were well catered for- the Nut Roast answering both their needs.Nut Roast can be downright dull but our meal was excellent.Hake on a bed of braised lentils was excellent. A lovely cosy restaurant not far from the city centre. Staff were very warm, friendly and helpful. Food was very very nice and a good selection of drinks to help wash it down. Plenty of parking around which is free after 6pm and has a bus stop right outside for those using buses... Good for couples
We live in London and visit Bristol about twice a year to see our daughter and always dine at Greens. Last night she said that there was nothing on her plate that wasn’t absolutely delicious and I wholeheartedly agree. Service prompt as well and staff helpfully and friendly. Excellent!
We ate at Green's today, Fathers day lunch. A mix of hard to please veggies and carnivores: we were all extremely satisfied. Food was excellent, tasty, generous and inventive. Service was excellent. Will definitely be back.

Went for Sunday lunch with family. Great a la carte menu selection, not just roasts although the option is there. Food was perfect. Relaxed environment but attentive staff. Highly recommend.
Came here for my birthday. As it was a Sunday night it was quiet and food came out exceptionally fast. They type of place where it’s necessary for 3 courses because some of the dishes are small. The arancini balls were ok. Just a shame you only get 2 and it’s £8!!

The food was full of flavour and service was very good. There was 11 of us and the service between courses was perfect. A thoroughly enjoyable evening had by all of us. Everyone equally enjoyed their courses. Highly recommend.
Excellent food - fish is specially well cooked - and excellent service. We are always satisfied when we come here, either both of us or with our family. Highly recommended.
