We were looking for a good Curry while visiting Bristol and this popped up on our online search. It had good reviews and we decided to trust them. So glad we did. Lovely staff and absolutely great food. Rarely had a better lamb curry. The lamb was absolutely tender. We were really happy and will keep this in mind for our next visit to Bristol and we can definitely recommend it.
Myself and my husband decided to give this restaurant a go to celebrate our first wedding anniversary. The service was amazing, a wonderful gentleman made us feel very welcome from start to finish .
On arrival we were greeted with a glass of Prosecco each and an anniversary celebration picture/card from the team there.
We asked for the bill and the same gentleman came out with this wonderful desert for us as another anniversary gift from them.
Absolutely amazing and we definitely will go back again. Highly recommend.

Amazing food, very friendly staff
Lovely and cosy atmosphere
What a fabulous restaurant! Our waiter Carlos, was amazing, he was friendly, intuitive and super helpful. When he found out we were celebrating our daughter’s graduation he bought a little card and a cheeky glass of something over and then later a dessert with four spoons which we hadn’t ordered but was a really nice touch.
As for the food, all four of us had different dishes and all of us were super pleased with our choices. Delicious, modern Indian food and a fabulous feel good atmosphere. Wonderful!

After months of wanting to try this restaurant I was finally able to, and let me tell you... It did not disappoint!!!
From the moment you walk in you're met with a lovely atmosphere and great service. Throughout my whole time there you could see it was a busy restaurant because of how good it is, but there were plenty of employees readily available for anything you might need.
The food.. The food!! It was amazing! Really delicious flavours and portions as well! I'm excited to go back and try their other veggie dishes.
Do yourself a favour and go enjoy some authentic Indian food!
Such a lovely experience. All of the staff were kind and attentive, couldn't ask for anything better. Loved the atmosphere and the beautiful walls.
Really enjoyed the food with pictures attached. The samosas were incredible, highly recommend (first two pictures attached)! Worth every penny and was great price.

Very happy with our choice of this family friendly restaurant for a birthday meal with our 3 young children. Their attentive service made our nut allergy sufferer very confident in being able to eat and they also surprised us with a birthday song and cake too. Highly recommend.
We absolutely love visiting Urban Tandoor, every dish I have tried has never failed to deliver and is always incredibly delicious! The restaurant is ambient and beautifully decorated. The service we receive is always 10/10, they really do go the extra mile, we received fantastic customer service last night. We will certainly be back!
