Lovely fishcakes and smoked haddock - both not overly salty. The others liked their burger and excellent breakfast. Busy and quite noisy when we arrived, which made hearing each other across the large table a bit tricky but it was fine when the party next to us left.
This place is a surprising little gem! Great food & service from friendly staff, open early for breakfast through to late afternoon. Contemporary décor with plenty of seating both inside & out, the latter being very popular with both dog walkers & cyclists alike.
I will definitely look to stop here
The food was amazing, fresh and hot. It gets very busy in here and you can understand why, the food is soo good, I had a vegan sausage and mushroom sandwich and it was full of flavour and was made well. The staff was friendly and helpful, I will definitely be going here again

One word EXCELLENT - really high quality breakfast - excellent sausage - I had small breakfast with extra bubble and squeak plus fried potatoes - toast and jam also really nice you can't beat proper butter - coffee I had americano again really nice - covid safe very clean - excellent service
