All in all this is a restaurant that is worth popping into if you're in the area and want a tasty burger. The chips were all rosemary which wasn't too nice and the onion rings had a flavouring that didn't really go with the food. However the burgers were super tasty and not a bad price at all. They also had locally found ingredients and could make things gluten free, etc. Staff were friendly and the environment was very comfortable/welcoming. All in all a good visit just not taste blowing.
I recently visited Honest Burger restaurant in Bristol and had a satisfying experience overall. The burger I ordered was undeniably delicious, although I found the size of the patty to be on the smaller side. Next time, I might consider ordering a double burger to satisfy my appetite. I appreciate that they accommodated my preference for a burger without bread.
The service at Honest Burger was nice, and the staff were friendly and attentive. The preparation time for our food was reasonable, taking around 20 minutes, which allowed us to enjoy a fresh meal without waiting excessively.
The waiters at the restaurant were lovely, creating a welcoming and pleasant atmosphere. We ordered onion rings, coleslaw, and wings as sides, which complemented our meal nicely.
While there were some mistakes in our order, with some items being extra and others missing, the staff handled the situation in a professional manner and rectified the errors promptly. This level of service and willingness to fix mistakes demonstrated their commitment to customer satisfaction.
Taking everything into consideration, I would recommend Honest Burger for its delicious burgers, friendly service, and willingness to address any issues that may arise. Although there were a few minor hiccups with the order, the overall experience was positive, and I would be happy to visit again in the future.
The honest beef burger was tasty. It will be better if the size can be bigger. Chips was fantastic and it is the same level as five guys. The atmosphere was good but the service is a little bit slow. Overall it is a good restaurant and worth to try!
Was here in 2018, it had just opened. Staff were being trained. There were a few mix-ups with orders but the burgers were delicious. Back again in 2023 and the food is even better, tastes great. Staff very friendly and helpful. There is gluten free burgers and sides. Only one small complaint, music is a bit loud for my liking.
Really like these places. Had a double beef patty today, cooked medium, so still pink and juicy in the middle. Great. Also like the interior/vibe and the staff were very attentive. Only slight issue was that they had run out of both chicken burgers, so my daughter had to pick out a beef option. All in all, I'd happily recommend
Great place, atmosphere, food and hospitality, Katey attentive with out pestering, polite , knowledgeable of business. Food excellent burger cooked perfect ,medium or pink as asked, the fries crisp with the right amount of seasoning, shame Guinness was a surger can but plenty of other options. Definitely will return next time in Bristol, recommend this to dine for other customers, nice to come across a restaurant that cares.
Tried the truffle fried chicken burger, it was sooo delicious. The chicken was juicy and the truffle sauce was crazy good. The salad was mixed well with the dressing. The lemonade was just so so.
Great tasting burger and rosemary fries. We had the fried onion rings as a side and these were some of the best we have had. The service was just right with no hovering, just friendly ordering and pay. Everything was nice and clean. Well worth it. Ok
Wow, what a find! Probably late to the party here but this place was awesome. The staff were really friendly, service was quick and the food was incredible. The Burger was probably the best I have had in Bristol (and ive livered there and thereabouts for 19 years now). The chips were awesome and the sauces and Gravy - wow! I had the Bristol (when in Rome) and will not hesitate to go back again next time im in Corn Street (a favourite place for me in the City). Honestly (pardon the pun) I loved this place.
Really enjoyed the food at honest burger. I really loved the rosemary fries with the bacon gravy, it is definitely worth trying. There is a lot of gravy so definitely worth sharing with someone. I went with my brother who has coeliac and they cater to gluten free really well, it's really clear and easy to know what he could and couldn't eat. I went for the Honest Beef burger and enjoyed it. I would probably choose something else if I were to go again as it was a pretty standard beef burger but I'm glad I tried it.
