Falafel King

Aptly named, the falafel was on point. Perfect crunch but soft and tasty on the inside. We also got the vegan shawarma and it was just as lovely. The staff was super friendly and very helpful. The food was cost efficient and nutrient dense. Literally, every element of the meal was great. All of the vegetables were fresh, plenty of fiber and great tasting sauces. No photos of our food this time but will update in future visit.

Genuinely amazing food, fantastic service and all at a great price. Service was friendly and fast, really felt like they cared about their customers. Food was served and made with you with a choice of salad. The actual food was genuinely amazing. Such good flavours wrapped up. 100% would recommend, even if your not veggie!!

First time visit. Lovely welcoming staff and superb food. I had falafel in wrap. You can choose up to four toppings which was the hardest part as they were all delicious. Sat downstairs in a cosy room with lots of sofas and comfy seating and the most beautiful lighting. Very relaxing. Thoroughly enjoyed my lunch and would highly recommend you pop in.

I do love this place, staff were lovely and the chef took time to come out and recommend the specials. I already had my heart set on the falloumi which was a combo of falafel and halloumi. You pick between a pitta, flat bread or a veggie box, this was the veggie box and you have a large choice of veg and sauce options from the counter. All food is vegetarian with some vegan and gluten free options. The special was a vegan steak but i didn't get to see what that was like. Portion size was great for the price, this was a heaped side plate, very filling for me.

Tasty food (I especially enjoyed the baklava, the pitta chips and the halloumi), reasonable price, good service. It's near Clifton Down train station, which makes it easy to get to as well. I will definitely be back, for the baklava if nothing else. The portions are decent (especially the pitta chips), so you could easily share 5 mezze. ;)
