The hamburger restaurant Asado in Bristol has long been renowned, and I recently went there to see for myself. When I first placed my order, I was actually a bit hesitant because the prices were quite high, with a combo costing around £20. However, the experience over the next half hour convinced me that it was all worth it. The hamburger was so massive that I struggled to take the first bite, so I started with the sides. I must say, the fries and slaw were decent but not extraordinary.
But when I finally managed to compress the burger and take a bite, I couldn't help but exclaim that this might be the best burger I've ever had in my life. The fresh beef combined with the smoky flavor from the grill was juicy and delicious, and the unique cheese added the perfect finishing touch. The burger bun had already been thoroughly soaked in the meat's juices. Every bite gave me a new appreciation for hamburgers. I would rate it 10 out of 10. It's hard to imagine that this is a creation of humans.
I went here for dinner with a friend, we tried vegetarian and beef burgers both were exceptional and the portion sizes generous! The service was great from everyone and the cocktails served to us by Ismael were the absolute highlight. Couldn’t recommend this dinner spot more! 10/10!
My friends and I enjoyed some fantastic cuisine. To be completely honest, this was the finest burger I've ever had. The service was excellent, especially Paloma who helped us understand the menu and suggested drinks. We really adored the fantastic latino-american ambience with salsa music playing in the background.
Feasting on the special "Le Steak Frite" at Asado was an unforgettable culinary adventure. Every bite of this tasteful creation, perfectly accompanied by crispy rosemary salt fries and tangy pickled slaw, was a gastronomic delight.
However, I'm holding onto my fifth star due to a significant waiting time. We waited for 30 minutes to order, then another hour for the food. Kudos to the friendly staff who managed the busy time commendably.
Despite the delay, Asado, I'm coming back for more of your fantastic burgers. Hoping for a quicker service next time, that fifth star is yours for the taking!
The burgers were delicious, the staff very friendly and helpful, the place beautifully decorated and with a great atmosphere . What else can I say? I'm really glad we chose to eat there today! Thank you very much!
Outstanding burger place.
Staff were super helpful and gave great detail of what to expect (juicy = messy).
Cannot fault it. Atmosphere was superb too with a relaxed vibe to the place.
The best burger I've ever had. Tasty, succulent and moist. Nice fries as well accompanied by a coleslaw.
We went just after 5 so we're the first customers but even though it was empty for most of the time we were there the background music was nice and service from the staff great.
Burgers come with chips and are priced from £12.95 and up. Sides include chicken wings (how or normal) which we had and a selection of other sides.
Would happily recommend. I would not that almost all other tables were reserved from 6pm onwards so it is probably best to book if going after 6.30.

Asado burger was fine
El gaucho was AMAZING it is a must try burger.
The guacamole was also delicious
This is one of my favorite burger restaurants in Bristol. This burger is juiciest burger ever ! The price include the chips which is why the price indicated is a bit more expensive then the usual burger shop !
So overall it is a really great burger but seriously overpriced. It is presented as gourmet, but it is not.
PS there is a lamp for keeping the delivery orders warm, as long as it was on, I was feeling like it was 40 degrees
