Really friendly service, decent coffee, and so close to Temple Meads. Refreshingly independent feeling coffee shop. Their cinnamon swirl buns are well worth a taste!

The service and the coffee here were a delight. The barista who served me was so warm and pleasant, she really made my day! She had long blond hair the most beautiful smile...can I get your number?

It's a chain, but that doesn't stop this being a lovely daytime cafe.
Good selection of food, pretty generous loyalty scheme with the app and the staff are always happy, friendly and willing to help.
I'm almost taking off a star as the morning pastries are a let down (especially the croissants).

This is without doubt the best coffee shop I have ever visited. I always make a point of having breakfast here when I am in Bristol. The coffee and food are amazing. The staff are genuinely friendly and so positive.

Lovely place with a nice atmosphere, I went on a late summers afternoon, so it probably helped with the positive vibes! Had a decaff coffee which was quite good! Sometimes places do not put in as much love into the decaff I find, so this was a refreshing change.

I am usually very picky and fussy when it comes to my love of my cup of coffee, but the coffee at Friska beats the very big chains. The food was lovely and very filling. Reasonably priced and extremely quick service. I highly recommend it.

Some people say that Friska is a bit pretentious and in all honesty it probably is, but i don't really care as the staff are top draw and the loyalty app is great idea allowing you to order and collect. The lunch choices are improving (menu stayed the same for ages but has now been tweaked slightly) and the pre-prepared sanwhiches have also improved. Coffee is decent if a little on the small side however as an accompaniment to lunch is adequate and fairly priced. Donuts on a friday are always a welcome treat and a nice touch. Great place to go for lunch or brunch whether esting in or taking away. Keep up the good work and keep the menu fresh!

Don't know Bristol well so thought I'd pop into Friska as I've never seen one before. Pho noodles were decent and they have a great range of sweet and savoury food. Coffee was excellent! I dock a point for anywhere that uses single use coffee cups, so if that changes it'll be a five ;) #noexcuseforsingleuse
