Great coffee, friendly staff and nice choices on the menu. If you can’t order via QR code then just go downstairs and place the order at the till.

It starts badly as the QR code ordering system asks for a tip prior to anyone doing anything for you. As it turns out I'm glad I didn't give one as the Eggs Florentine, that I ordered, took 25 minutes to arrive. The food was fine though.

Came here for brunch and we all decided on the quesadillas which were delicious. We initially went to sit upstairs but it was quite stuffy and hot due to the weather so sat outside and it was lovely. Would highly recommend for an affordable brunch.

Not a fan of the food - it's passable. But it's a good place to hang out and work. Or sit on a rainy day since it's spacious. They do plastic free loose leaf tea which is a bonus.

There are places where you just give them 5 stars because nothing was wrong. This place got my 5 stars because everything was AMAZING!
Food was amazing. Coffee was amazing. Service was amazing. Atmosphere was Amazing!
I had a burger, mum had a breakfast. The bacon wasn't burnt to within an inch of it not being in existence any more like many places. The salt on the chips - go there just for this, seriously.
The venue was clean, staff presented nicely and were SUPER polite. Toilets were clean.
For those that rated less than 5 stars, they are lying.
If I ever return to Bistol, I'll be back for sure.

Went here for early lunch/brunch and absolutely loved it! I had a west country fry-up and it was one of the best I've ever had. Even the mushrooms were very tasty. Ordering through your phone saved a lot of time and much more efficient. Fun atmosphere with great music!
