I’m really confused by all the bad reviews. I’m American so I know good customer service and this place has incredibly good customer service. The sweet lady behind the counter is always very smiley and kind and they make great sandwiches!

Cracking customer service and one of the best subways I've had because they're willing to respond to requests. Really great and friendly staff. Worth going back just for the service (and they make a super sub!!!)

The staff were absolutely brilliant, went out if their way to make us extra fillings for our sandwiches when they were had run out. This review comes after my other one left on the shell garage Subway, which was appalling. So big thanks to the staff working here for being so polite and helpful, the sandwiches were actually really good too
