I absolutely loved it and the pizza was amazing. Very friendly staff. Me and my family loved it. We will be back soon.just pre-book or you will wait which is worth anyway.

UPDATE 2020:
Went here after not having been since 2019 and have upgraded my award to 5/5 the service is as excellent even moreso than before and the pizza arrived fairly quickly considering it was obviously handmade. Will again be back.
A nice family run pizzeria on Gloucester Road. Definitely family friendly as the place was full of children playing table football. All pizzas come with either gluten free or vegan bases. Staff were friendly and polite. The only criticism I have is that one family brought a dog I to the restaurant which I thought was very unhygienic, however I am very much not a dog person and I'm sure other people probably wouldn't mind. Overall however a nice place for a family meal.

Planet pizza is a petty standard offering but done well. We went there with the kids and some of their friends at lunch time and they had a great time and made far too much noise but the good thing about it was that we were not made to feel bad about it.
Good points child friendly good table football table reasonable prices.
Cons if you are wanting an adult meal probably best avoided at lunch time!

The last place on my list of eatery’s is pizza however this place is just amazing.
The meals are very fairly priced always taste fresh the sides are also delicious.
Have always felt welcomed here and the owner is really friendly as well.

Amazing pizza. Perfectly cooked. Great menu. Great staff. OK value. Somewhat pricey but that's typical for a city. The quality though, is outstanding. Would highly recommend if you're looking for a well run and operated restaurant with great pizza.

Absolutely fantastic place to go for a meal, the people are always friendly and always offer excellent service. The food quality is consistantly amazing as well as their diverse topping range the food is always cooked well and has a great taste.
Value for money Pizza Planet offers great deals across the week and whenever i've gone there is always a great atmosphere that you don't get at all restaurant's.
As a quirky side note they also give jellybeans at the end of the meal which I endorse.
I don't have any any negatives to say about the place and will always keep this option in mind when looking for places to eat for lunch and the evening.(

Hard to beat on a sunny evening after a day at the office/school. Out oldest was away on camp so being a family of 4 for the week we decided that we would take advantage of the Monday 241 offer that they do, they also have it on Sundays. The pizzas can be on the pricy side, but are great quality and with the aforementioned 421 suddenly they are actually not bad value at all.
Even our youngest(6) who only ever really nibbles at food managed to eat 1/2 his large pizza and it was easy to get a box to take the rest home. Our 10 year old wolfed the whole thing down and loved it 😂

Good pizza in 9 and 12 inch bases, plenty of side options. Pleasant service. We went on a Thursday evening and it was fairly quiet apart from a boisterous office party. The decor is casual, with a foosball machine(!), but just cosy enough to feel like a restaurant, not a canteen like some places on Gloucester road. Definitely visit again.
