All of my friends know CUPP is my favorite milk tea in Bristol. I can’t remember how many cups of taro milk tea I have had. Other milk teas and fruit teas are good as well! I love taro, brown sugar, tapioca pearls and the passion fruit flavor (miss it!)

Had the best time at cupp today, took my 5 year old daughter as she wanted to try bubble tea. She LOVED IT and so did I. Jaymark and Takiyah were lovely at serving us

Not a bubble tea drinker myself but my partner and everyone ive ever gone with says this is the go-to place for bubble-tea in the centre. I will add that the prices are good and the staff seem super friendly from all the interactions I have had!

The best staff I have ever met in any kind of retail environment, they were so friendly, really playful and happy and it’s so clear that they love the work they do - the drinks are the best bubble teas I’ve tried too, fantastic flavour combinations! Me and my partner visited on 25.01.23 and he tried the grapefruit tea with melon bubbles - I had to go back to get another it was that good - staff deserve a raise they honestly made the experience! One of the few places where it’s worth the price, well done x

Easily my favourite boba place in Bristol! Love the natural fruit flavours and how they're always coming out with new exclusive flavours. The staff have always been really lovely and more than happy to answer any questions you might have. Always an enjoyable experience :)

I have to admit I was a bubble tea "virgin" till this visit but after elaborate and no very clear idea of what's the difference in them all I chose Matcharo and you know - now I understand the craze about it all!
Possibilities are endless and can altered to invisible taste. Can't wait to try more, although, would encourage staff to check 'check-in they been there before to assist customers ordering something really crazy 😀
Definetly getting there loyalty card and app to pre-order in advance.

One of the best bubble teas I have had in a while! Staff were knowledgeable about the different flavours and suggested I tried a brown sugar tea with tapioca. Very fast service, great to see paper straws and a beautiful branding design! And the staff were in high spirits which was great to see, especially with the weather being so dire. Only 4 stars as the price is a little too expensive!
