Nice pub with a good beer garden. Quite expensive but standard for the area. Food on the whole was really great. Chicken was well seasoned and tender. However the dessert let the place down. Clearly bought elsewhere and quickly warmed up before serving. Was 5* until I had the dessert!
Down for the weekend from Manchester and we had the most lovely bar staff (Sam), he made our night! He asked us questions about ourselves and gave us beer recommendations to drink, this was much appreciated since we didn't know what was good to drink in Bristol.
