Lovely cosy environment for a fun evening with friends or workmates. Fish and chips usually the best choice, though pricey. Soft drinks, coffee & tea are complementary while you play. Good variety of slots. All the staff are very friendly and helpful.

Great Grosvenor casino with very comfortable tables and some of the best dealers in the country. Raffaele for example this evening was very efficient and engaging with experienced players while at the same time being patient and welcoming with new players

I really like this place, the staff are lovely and always have a chat with you, nice and clean.
The only problem in busier times is there is always one or two people playing the same game on 3 or 4 machines. So you can't get on. Happens in every casino I'm sure. Still my favourite in bristol.

All the staff were friendly and working with a smile.
Play areas including the toilets were clean and tidy. Good amount of slots and tables available. Good selection of hot drinks along with alcohol and soft drinks. Food was also being served and did not look bad for the prices.
