Visited on Father's Day a few weeks back and had a lovely time. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming and helpful. Service was quick, food was absolutely delicious! I had the pork chops with extra blue cheese sauce, plus a side of onion rings, and Eton Mess for dessert. Children's meals were good too. Atmosphere wasn't great, but it was a Sunday evening in a hotel restaurant so not exactly a surprise, especially when you're in the heart of Bristol with so many options for eating out. I'd definitely return to the Chophouse though and would recommend it.
Very lovely hotel in the heart of Bristol. Spacious, well maintained and laid-out rooms. Great breakfast especially the scrambled eggs and baked beans. Functional car park, easily accessible to the main attraction at the city centre. Very courteous and extremely helpful staff.
It's within the hotel and not bad for what it is, staff didn't have much clue about the clean air zone and could be a bit more enthusiastic about their work
Brilliant meal, great dessert! Highly enjoyed the passion fruit cheesecake. The staff was absolutely lovely. Would definitely come again :)
Not the quickest service but the food is very nice.
I am staying at the Futures Inn in Bristol. Many choices to eat but decided , nervously to try the Chop house in the Hotel as I was tired.
Fantastic! Food is great, I was nearly finished with the nachos ( delicious) but the desert was Devine.
Everyone I spoke to there, whether it was the steaks or burgers were equally happy.
The staff were amazing, so warm and friendly, especially the jolly Tilla, such warmth and fun.
Didn’t like the Sauvignon blanc, no problem, went for the Malbec instead which was very decent.
Highly recommended.
I had the set menu, simple but really excellent, for once a chef really dedicated.

Portion sizes are generous and the quality is very good. Wide selection of meals available on the menu.
