Recently Bought a bike from Stuart at Rider’s! What can I say, absolutely fantastic service from him, start to finish. Been an absolute Gentleman to deal with. Nothing was too much trouble for him. Helpful, polite, knowledgeable and as I new rider gave me all time in world. A lot of places don’t even want to talk to you. Few teething problems at the end and he sorted it all out with no questions asked and really went above and beyond to help. Thank you. Definitely be going back.

Been after a Softail Deluxe for a while, but none really met all of my (thorough!) criteria. The one at Riders in Bristol was perfect, and with the help of Stuart who was very attentive without being pushy, it was in my garage within a week! Highly recommend the dealership and particularly Stuart!

1st time dealing with Riders but definitely not the last, dealt with Jason who was great from the start, offered a good deal on a px of 2 bikes against 1 with cash my way, and was very helpful throughout. Also, Scott, the guy who delivered the bike and collected the other 2 was very good, all round a good experience.

Excellent service above and beyond although I wasn’t buying an expensive Ducati or Harley was treated like I was. Nothing was too much trouble and answered all my questions, including my 4 year old grandson. Sorted out delivery to Forest of Dean due to my broken wrist. My salesman Stuart was very friendly and informative. Would definitely recommend Riders.

Bought a Ducati 1198s from these guys and really pleased with the service received. Delivery man was a star and very friendly as I live quite a distance away from them.
I had a slight issue with my clutch lever so without any hesitation they sent a brand new one out in the post! Doesn’t get better than that.
