Lovely to be drinking good coffee surrounded by books. Staff friendly and brought my coffee to the table. Appetising selection of cakes. Good for a quick breakfast or snacky lunch.

The waitress was amazing. She was really helpful with my son when I was trying to get him to go ask for a glass of water.
She is definitely and asset to the little cafe and we will definitely be back.

it’s a good place to get some work done, the wifi works perfectly, they have plugs so you can charge whatever&the drinks are nice! the barista is sweet and makes cute latte art

Currently closed - April/May 2021- but the book shop is open. Pre-covid it was a good place to sit, read and enjoy a coffee and sandwich.

Forget the cafe,drink in the literature on offer,books and more books and nice staff,very knowledgeable.They also do a nice line in games,toys and 'Things'you didn't think you needed in your life until you walk by the various displays.Like the tempters at the checkout of the supermarket but for the mind.
