With the subscription pret is great value for money without not so much, the refreshers are really nice but not worth the cost if not paying for club pret monthly

A very solid experience overall. The buttered croissants were probably the best I have had for a while. There is, however, not much seating but that is not much of a problem.

A great place to grab a hot drink and a sandwich, especially if you’re a Bristol University student! The drinks and sandwiches can be on the pricey side, but the coffee subscription is great and saves money too. The staff are friendly and nice as well!

Charmless maybe, but the sandwhiches snacks and fast food are a lot better than most. Coffee's good too. Eat in or out
Try their posh club sandwich or ham and cornishon roll. Both are really rather good. Interesting soup too.

Quite a busy spot since it's near the university, but quick and friendly service by the team.
However, they do not have any iced drinks or milkshakes, so options are limited compared to other branches.

They open 5/10 late every day so don't try and Jack a quick one right at opening, also they were bombarded with delivery tickets,, so don't expect great service,, coff was just drinking temp and tasted like it had been standing for a minute so guess they per por some drinks,,, so all in all I'm sure its a nice store during the day however first thing in the morning,, I'd give a sweve,, go to one of the independents round on St Michaels coz this pret was poor at best, 1 out of 45 rasta badges,,, weak sauce,,, I've got a sub to pret too so not like its my first disco!!

This pret was very nicely laid out, comfortable to sit in and the staff were very knowledgeable on the subscription service. On finding the drink I wanted was not available they offered me alternatives and helped me disover they were included in the subscription - awesome

I'm not sure how people have had a bad experience here. The staff are always friendly, the coffee is tasty, and the food is delicious! The manager has been especially helpful in talking through what I can and can't have, as I have a milk allergy.
Perhaps people need to be a little kinder and more considerate, especially given how stressful it is working in such an environment in the midst of a global pandemic.
