This place is great the food quality is top notch when comparing to other supermarkets they are on another level it’s pricey it is but usually for good quality we have to pay. It has an accessible toilet on the third floor which is always good to know. Definitely recommend this place specially when you want to treat yourself to some good quality food.

I love M&S and the quality of food and cloths are great. However this stores ground floor and the top floor for mens wear did not have any music and it felt very uncomfortable. Especially the top floor was very really quiet and even when I purchased the items the staff was talking quietly. It will be nice if there is some ambience by putting music on in all floors. The food hall is always buzzing but the rest felt very like a different shop. I will come back for the items but if there is some sale section and adding student discounts could help as well.

If you like Marks and Spencer you will like this one. It's exactly the same as every other one and offers the expected range of clothing and food. We looked at jeans this time but when I have visited my daughter before we have come in for several things, not always bought. To be honest the shop, and Marks in general, is looking a little jaded and the range very predictable which of you like is great. To me it lacks imagination and colour it just is a bit boring, hence why I seldom buy things. But as I say if you like the shop and its stock its great, nothing seems to change and you know you will be able to return anytime and get another exact product. Staff were friendly, shop clean and tidy so it gets full marks from me!

These are stressful times but I find shopping here as good as it can possibly be under the circumstances. The staff are watchful and helpful. The basket is sanitsed before you take it and the food section is as well stocked as it can be under the circumstances. The clothes section is open and all things are on the ground floor. They are coping very well.

Fantastic!!! Of course the best customer service was shopping for meats and needed advice, the 1st very helpful staff directed me to another member who was so knowledgeable as he was also a chef in training. He gave me lots of info and tips for the meal i was trying to create. Always so friendly and helpful staff and good quality food!

Cafe staff friendly and helpful, as per my review of the Bath store were happy to serve toast near the end of the day but they don't have such long cafe opening hours as the Bath branch. Both stores keep running out of cheese scones. The store had some great coloured womens' linen blouses and I bought quite a few but they seem to have been snapped up in the sale now. I hope they get some more. Sales staff always helpful. I hope they get the lift working again soon.
