Food always lovely. Only problem ever had with them is they put mushrooms on all pizzas whether they should have them or not! Partner hates mushrooms so have to pick them out. They don't take notice of comments when no mushrooms clearly stated. Other than that, all good.
If you need to vary an item or make a change due to an allergy, don't even attempt it.
Have visited ahop once (mainly do delivery). When visiting the shop there was a guy sat by pizza boxing area who was finishing food. He then picked his teeth, then used a cocktail stick or something and spat the bits on the floor! Not a great look.

Can't fault Samroys. Its good value for money and is what you expect from a greasy takeaway. Plenty of cheese on pizzas and never tight with chicken shish.

The best takeaway I’ve ever ordered. Peanut milkshake actually tasted like peanut. Kebab with the salad boxed separately? Smart move. Fluffy chips. Made my day.

I have ordered 3 times now and not had a problem,I’m In Cadbury heath but still the food arrives hot and on time or early :) I’ve had different food selection each and all been lovely and the milkshakes are delicious too.

Great place. Really good fish and chips and the kebabs are great too (really nice marinade on the chicken)! Been using them for years. Can't fault them.

Keep going there as I like the food, manager is great when in, he goes the extra mile. Good food. No problems until..
Change from very last visit was only given when I asked for it. Same guy that overcharged me. He gave me an extra portion to apologise, but he knew I knew. lol. Must be sport for him.

Big portions, average prices (not as good value for money as places on, for example, Stapleton Rd, but not overpriced either), good food. Free sauces & salad with meals. Wide variety of food (pizza, burgers, kebabs, sausage, pies, fish & chips and more). Basically what you'd expect from a fish n chips/kebab shop. Not outstanding but good. Plus, it's the last place open in the area for a hot meal.
Came in just before closing today and got given MASSIVE portion of mixed kebab for the price of a medium.

Possibly the best fish & chip shop in Bristol. As well as fish n chips, they have a range of delicious homemade options ranging from kebabs, battered sausages, fresh whole chicken and ribs.
Delivery is terrible. Arrived slightly cold, an hour late. I'm sorry but the drivers cannot follow simple instructions. I asked them to call when they arrive and not to knock on the door. I left this specific request on my online order and even called the takeaway to confirm. Am hour later, he knocks on my door. Useless.
