I popped in here to pick up a coffee early in the morning whilst waiting for the bus to go meet friends.
I had a queue but not for long. The staff were welcoming, friendly and my drink was made quickly.
My drink was to go so didn’t sit in or have food so didn’t pay attention to the store.

a lovely massive building, just wish more effort was put into the appearance, it’s so dull and cheaply designed it feels like an insult to the beautiful architecture. very few staff working there, many times there wasn’t anybody at the counter or in sight to take our order. ordered two large coffees- they gave us two small, for some reason, but they charged us for small, so i didn’t say anything.

Popcorn frappe had extremely overcooked coffee, while whipped vanilla latte was great. Nice atmosphere and library-stylized place.

I've rated it 5 but maybe something a bit less would be more appropriate. Problem to me was the complicated orders that take time (frappes, etc) when there were only 2 staff on duty.
If you just want a coffee then be patient.
Having said that - great coffee and a wonderful croissant. These are consistently good at Costa. Thank you.

Had this lovely server called will, and he helped me with everything and was so incredibly patient with me. Hands down best customer service I've ever received and will absolutely be coming again. Hopefully will is there! Would highly recommend giving this guy a tip he's absolutely wonderful!

Nice clean shop with a great view of college green, the dink I got (it was a raspberry fruit cooler) was great In taste. The drinks collection was out the way so wasn't immediately obvious but staff were very quick to point me in the right direction. Overall, a great experience

I ordered through the click and collect option via the app, walked straight into the restaurant and my order was ready at the collection point. A member of staff made sure I got my order, he was very polite, friendly and helpful. When ordering on the app it was easy to use and simple to understand. The only feedback I would give about the app is that it should have a comment section where customers can tell the member of staff any allergies that they may have. Overall, great experience will definitely recommended it whether eating in or takeaway.

Fair price and espresso was good. I ordered for take away but there was a bit of confusion as I was there with a friend and we ended up getting drinks for in house instead, but we understood the confusion as it was quite busy in there. Cozy place and good location!
