Bubbleology

Bubble tea is something which I try rarely. However this place is quite welcoming with a very colorful hoarding on a vibrant street. The options are pretty good too. We tried the vanilla and milk option with chewy bubble. Was really good. There are quite a few options for substituting the bubbles and comes with an additional price. It's a nice place to drop in for a change from the usual machine made tea at the kiosks. Recommended!

Love the style of bubbleology. The flavour for me could be a little more potent (across the board it can taste a little diluted) but the flavours are still nice. I will say that I was disappointed by the tiger tea as it literally tasted like vanilla tea and nothing else but this doesn't detract from my experience I have every time I enter the store.

I’d had bubbleology in London before I and really enjoyed it, so I was pleasantly surprised that it tasted just as good. The taro soy milk I brought was absolutely delicious, I did ask for extra lychee, but didn’t end up getting any even though I was charged for it, half of that was on my end because I didn’t realise till it was to late. There was only one member of staff so she’s had to do all the orders by herself (probably the reason why she maybe forgot).Other than that I would have given it 5 stars if there had been a toilet but there’s probably for a reason behind that.

Strawberries and cream - the presence of strawberry was quite weak but I enjoyed the drink immensely nonetheless. Inside this bubble tea is a combination of chewy tapioca pearls and strawberry popping ones too! Insanely creamy while not being too sugary (I left it at default), a perfect refreshment to remind me it’s summertime. Honeydew melon milk tea - in contrast to my other tea, the notes of honeydew were in every sip. Definitely sweeter so I think next time I’d adjust the sugar level. I believe Bubbleology is reasonable in prices as large was a substantial size for ~£4.30. Service is good enough and the seating is fun (couches, hanging chairs etc.) They also like to keep the menu updated with seasonal offerings.

Location is super convenient, and the Bubble Teas are delicious. I've so far tried almost all the flavours and I have not been dissatisfied once, so well done to the Bubbleology Bristol team!!! The staffs are super friendly, and with the name badges they build a strong customer relations. Other reviews seem to downgrade this place for the time it takes, but the process is a lengthy procedure, you're not going to get your drink in 30 seconds after your order. I timed about 3 mins from taking orders to collection while there were less than 10 customers in the store, which is impressive!! If you want a quick pick up then I suggest go there as soon as it opens, it's a busy store and is in high demand!! It's sad to see some people are purely looking to get free drinks and are causing troubles with the team in the scene during busy times. Having worked in hospitality before, customers get what they order. If there are special adjustments you'd like to your drinks then ask for it!! The team is super nice in recommending certain mixes, I was recommended to have Chocolate mixed with Vanilla to help with the bitterness of chocolate by a super friendly staff, and it was truly amazing!! Overall, I rate 5 star, because of excellent customer service and the amazing drinks they produce even during the busiest times. They give you the option to modify drinks, so if it's too sweet, ask for less sugar! One thing I would point out is that they seem very understaffed, as I seem to see the same people over and over again, I've so far counted about 8 staff and few of them seems to be in every single day. This branch is only a week old, they opened on 14th April. I have seen quite a few bubbleology in London but never tried until yesterday. The staff are still inexperienced but it is all very new. They are all helpful and reasonably friendly. I am a fan of bubble tea and have been a loyal customer of the other local bubble tea place called Cupp. I still think Cupp tastes better, which might not be a fair thing to say as I've only tried three bubbleology drinks so far. They did get my order wrong but it was still a good enough drink. I'll be visiting again very soon as they close at 9pm/10pm, which is later than Cupp. There's gonna be competition.
