Got the goat curry and the jerk chicken for takeaway, was quick, affordable and some of the nicest food I've had in a long time. Chill vibes and friendly staff too. Couldn't be happier!

Barista is excellent! Super friendly and coffee is one of the best in Berkeley in my opinion. Nice selection of coffee varieties. Outdoor seating available and dog friendly.

The BEST goat curry we have ever tasted! So much so we order from cafe conscious most weeks. Always hot, nice spicy kick, plenty of meat and flavours and the owners are extremely pleasant. A true family run business! A massive five years on a five year anniversary..!

I had the curried goat which was really nice. The only way it could be better is with a bit more sauce.
The owner is friendly, the place itself is bright and spacious. They even do vegan food. I will return.

This is a great find, tucked away in Barton Hill. There's a restaurant with a take-away and delivery service available. The jerk chicken and chicken curry are to die for! The owner is a very cheerful, welcoming guy who barbecues his chicken outside the shop in the summer. Apart from the regular Caribbean dishes on offer, there's a good selection of drinks (non - alcoholic) and exotic juices on the menu. A very relaxed atmosphere prevails, it's casual but efficient. Good prices too. Well worth grabbing a takeaway from here or even better, ordering food to be delivered!

I dropped in for dinner on a week night. They serve Jamaican food that makes you feel good inside. There's a friendly atmosphere and the staff have some witty chat.
