Kate was extra helpful and incredibly friendly.
She went above and beyond to make sure we got what we needed.
Usually really great - the quieter times first thing in the morning are best although you often have an obstacle course of crates to navigate due to shelf stacking. Sometimes there is no one keeping an eye on self service checkouts so once you find an employee to help, keep them and make sure they stay for all the shoppers who need them! When the cafe is open it is a useful place to have a break after shopping and is really clean and usually quite calm. Great to people watch or wait for a rainstorm to pass!
Great service in the cafe from everyone, but have to mention the especially good service from Jane today, really went out of her way to get us everything we needed and made sure everything was okay. Great food too, plenty of spaces to sit.
Good parking, this M&S is ideal for a quick food shop. Great choice of High quality bakery, fresh foods and produce. Also has beers, wines and spirits, newspapers, cards, cleaning products and a good cafe.
Love m&s it was a little expensive back in the day but I have found that the prices these days are really reasonable. M&s always has a grate selection of food and drink and staff are extremely friendly and helpful.
Good parking area, disabled parking, all flat easy access. Has toilet facilities for disabled. Good size shop with lovely bakery. Good Variety of groceries. Has a nice cafe with large window to watch passers by! Large shopping area with good variety of shops. Worth visiting!

Lack of care toward fire evacuation procedures and planning.
Inefficient site access outside operating hours.
General disregard toward the safety of anyone in the store.
Zero hours contracts.
Also, not impressed with the staff graffiti.
Not that busy when we arrived. Served fast after usual chat with staff. Nice cakes on sale and some hot food. Coffee always good and tasty. M & S quality.
Really great M&S. Staff are always friendly. There are plenty of products here available.
There are toilets on site and a small cafe, Which does get extremely busy.
