I had dinner here with my children. I was served by a red haired lady (I think her name badge said Tamara) she was lovely, really helpful and friendly. She was great with my children who were playing up a bit. Made the whole visit really enjoyable. Thankyou.

The only time I came here, is when I worked as a Christmas temp in Home Sense. Went there for most lunches and it was pretty good. Had some banter with the staff that was working there at the time.

Great place to rest if you tired of shopping. Spacious place with comfortable seats. Helpful, smiled staff. Lots of parking spaces. Few steps from bike racks. Near to the bus stops. Very convenient location for rendez-vouz or waiting if you're not coming alone for shopping but everyone wants to visit different stores at Imperial Retail Park.

Never had an issue with hygiene or incorrect orders. The subs themselves are of course as good as any other subs from any other Subway chains. The building is spacious with seating on the inside and outside of the building. It never appears as if there’s a staff shortage and it never takes long to get your sub.

Excellent. Staff are efficient and friendly. There is a new area where you can just order drinks/cakes/cookies, so you don't have to wait in the long food queue when you just want a drink and cookies. Lots of seating inside and outside. Very clean. There is only one toilet, so sometimes there is a wait, but it is clean.

This subway is clean and the staff are friendly and accommodating. They adjusted a pre-set deal to accommodate the wishes of my kids and just went the extra mile. Well done to you all.....good service at a time when customer service is somewhat neglected. Recommended.

I go to Sub at this Imperial Bristol everyday. It is so friendly and welcoming. The staff are amazing , Stelian, Ionela, Steph, Agita and all the other staff. They are very efficient and the food is great . This is the best Sub I have been . Well done Stelian and his team .
