Been a good customer for many years, we got written to 5 days before we needed to give notice of termination of our agreement, called to terminate only to find we were 5 days over and now have to roll over our lease payments for another quarter! Surely not the best business practice....beware. (Update after a return phone call customer services are looking into this)
