I must be the only one who seems to like this place no problem what so ever.
Match day, so rammed, but you can't call it fast food if you wait 45 minutes. However, the wrap I had was really nice. Shame it took.so.long to arrive.
Not about food but about staff - Today I had a fairly serious accident near KFC, and when I came in to ask for help phoning the hospital the staff at this branch were absolutely fantastic. They supplied some excellent first aid, sat with me and calmed me down, let me charge my phone, and waited for the taxi to the hospital with me. I can't thank them enough and next time I visit I will actually buy something rather than just bleed on their floor. <3
The food was expected, the cleanliness of the place in general was fine. The men's toilets were clean but stunk horrid, the ladies toilets was fine.
So much better than a MacDonalds! Tasty chicken, fresh salad and rolls, crispy fried and overall good portion size.
Not every KFC in Bristol deserve good comments. I've tried the one in city centre and the taste is really bad. I didn't expect my perception is changed by this KFC located at a retail park. I tried 3-4 times (weekdays and weekends) and the quality is really consistent -- crispy, yummy. Relatively the wings is better than the chicken. You will have a wonderful experience if you order the 19 wings set.
Very good and happy staff. Just used drive through so atmosphere not really fair to measure.
Consistent with KFC food. Service was a bit slow. Atmosphere was good to start with then School kicked out and it got a bit crowded. Decent grub before watching a football match.
Ordered kfc through Deliveroo on 08/10/22 and got the 6 piece variety bucket, fries and gravy along with a kids meal. The meal arrived hot and fresh, and every item besides one missing sauce was in the bag but they added an extra gravy so I was pleased! Definitely will be ordering again soon as this was the best order I’ve received in a while and the last time I ordered it wasn’t the greatest but I can definitely see improvements with the food side of things.
