Starbucks

Visiting family here in CT and needed an afternoon pick me up. All I can say is wow!!! The barista Patrick was unbelievably amazing. His attitude was positive and he was super knowledgeable. Felt like I was in a coffee shop in a small main street town. My sister wanted to try the new apple crisp oat milk latte however she drinks decaf coffee and we weren’t sure that you can make this specific latte with decaf. Patrick chimed in almost intuitively and explained how he would use the blonde decaf to make the latte. Just overall a shockingly pleasant experience to other Starbucks locations I’ve been to and that really made our day. Coffee was perfectly made.

Great staff. Yes, the wait can be long, but there's only so much you can do with the amount of crew they have. Definetly order in store, as they (just like most places) prioritize cafe orders first. Don't trust the mobile app, as it's always wrong for timing, and for the love of God, be nice to them. They're people too, and the amount of people I've seen get mad at them because they didn't time their day accordingly is disgusting. It's Starbucks. In the morning. You know the wait is going to be long when everyone orders at the same time. It's not their fault you didn't leave early enough to get coffee.
