Nice decor and style, with complementary choice of music. Would come here again to try the coffee, although felt like a tea today. No iced tea available, and staff unable to make one, which is a shame as it’s pretty easy to do. However, I appreciate that often chains like these won’t offer what’s not on the menu. The “Mumbai street chai” on the menu was designed by someone who’s clearly never been to Mumbai, nor indeed South Asia, and was yet again your bog-standard, slightly sickly, overly-spiced, foamy, “chai” of the kind you often get in these kinds of coffee shops.

How disappointing. Really poor service, it took a long time to be served despite being quiet, the waitress was abrupt and clearly was more interested with talking to a friend than serving customers. I hoped the drinks would make up for it but they didn't. The "hot" chocolate was luke warm and chocolate shake tasted like chocolate powder in cold milk. Don't waste your money or time here, there are much better places nearby.

This place has great ambience, it's really nice to sit in the corner armchairs upstairs and work. The coffee is great, the chocolate is pretty tasty, and the Mumbai Railway Chai is very faithful to Indian chai (I'm Indian!) Will definitely be going back on a rainy Bristol morning. Only suggestion is that the music is a bit too loud, and doesn't help people who are trying to talk or work. Perhaps a bit quieter?
