After walking around Bristol, we fancy a drink and a sit down. This shop was really good. The ice tea was very good. Would recommend to anyone
Staff was lovely but I am not sure what they put into the coffee but when it breaks down you're left with a layer of oil coating your coffee.
Great place to have a coffee. Friendly staff and excellent customer service. Can't fault anything. Easy listening blues music on the mornings. Customer loyalty cards also a bonus for regulars. Shift and Terry love it.

How disappointing. Really poor service, it took a long time to be served despite being quiet, the waitress was abrupt and clearly was more interested with talking to a friend than serving customers. This place has great ambience, it's really nice to sit in the corner armchairs upstairs and work. The coffee is great, the chocolate is pretty tasty, and the Mumbai Railway Chai is very faithful to Indian chai (I'm Indian!) Will definitely be going back on a rainy Bristol morning.
