I always have a pleasant interaction with your staff member romel, who never fails to greet me with a smile and engagement as well as providing an excellent service each time; one of the main reasons I continue to return.

I was served by Izzy, who clearly knows that during what can be a stressful time for travellers, a smile and helpful attitude goes a long way. She was smart, polite, efficient and upsold me the triple chocolate pan eu chocolat, which my son loved - obviously. A pleasant experience, made by Izzy.

Very nice service with good pastries and drinks. It's conveniently placed before security and the people were lovely. Romel was very kind to give us a free drink after a misunderstanding on my part and got some advice on waiting times for security.
