We ordered an oat latte and salted caramel hot chocolate. We enjoyed our drinks whilst waiting for check in to open before our flight but whilst we enjoyed these drinks, it was a shame about the cleanliness and cost.
Overall a good choice of drinks for those who cannot have dairy but not the cheapest place.

The best customer experience anyone could wish for, mainly if you are waiting at the airport. Erin and Elena are super stars, making every customer smile with their friendly approach. The coffe was delicious, the place is very clean and checked constantly by staff. Again can't praise the girls enough, handling the queue so well. Both assets to your team

All staff work REALLY HARD to accommodate exceptionally high-volume of customers, at all times. ANY off the menu requests to customers’ liking are also accommodated! staff member Bianca went above and beyond to deliver excellent services : speedy polite and helpful

Very nice service with good pastries and drinks. It's conveniently placed before security and the people were lovely. Romel was very kind to give us a free drink after a misunderstanding on my part and got some advice on waiting times for security.

I fly regularly and routinely come to your Cafe for a coffee before departing. I always have a pleasant interaction with your staff member romel, who never fails to greet me with a smile and engagement as well as providing an excellent service each time; one of the main reasons I continue to return.
It was my first time to Bristol and Junnie was so helpful, she showed me the way to the bus to town and recommended where to go. She is very kind and helpful. The price for coffee is not too bad. Recommend.

I was served by Izzy, who clearly knows that during what can be a stressful time for travellers, a smile and helpful attitude goes a long way. She was smart, polite, efficient and upsold me the triple chocolate pan eu chocolat, which my son loved - obviously. A pleasant experience, made by Izzy.
