My better half and I visited Little French for lunch last Saturday and must day it was spectacular! It was quite busy, but the tables were well spaced, and the service was impeccable. I had the Hake and Ruth had the duck, both dishes were absolutely fantastic. We can't wait to return for dinner at some point!

Incredible flavors! The food here is amazing 👏 We are pescetarians, and I think the stuffed tomato was the best dish! Everything was fresh, delicious, full of flavors... Great atmosphere and service! Would definitely come back, on special occasions since it is a bit pricey..but worth it!!!

The sole is the best fish dish I had in Bristol. Tender, a bit crispy outer and flavorful with caper and herbs. Trout tart actually surprised me cz raw fish is quite challenging for me. But I can’t stop eating it! They have pages of wine list hhh and the red wine we had was absolutely amazing. Duck breast and lamb leg are good as well. Had a Wonderful dinner!

Brilliant buzzing atmosphere. Had a booking for 3pm Easter Sunday. Staff super friendly and attentive. Despite having lived in France for several years there were some delights offered here I’d not tried before. Wow the radishes are a MUST. As well as the aligot!!!!!! Enjoy.

Really cute venue in a lovely part of Bristol, loved the decor and ambience inside the restaurant, staff were warm and friendly, food was served promptly after ordering and the waiter and waitresses were happy to offer advice and recommendations. Opened up with oysters and pig cheek terrine bar snacks to start, which were both excellent, scallops with caviar and sweetbreads as our starters, we shared and both were excellent. For main we had the veal and monkfish, again absolutely incredible. After very good starts with the bar snacks and starters, the veal stole the show for me, the triple fried potato cubes were cooked perfectly with glassy outer crusts but fluffy inside, the mustard dressing and kale complimented the meat perfectly, (I don't think I've ever actually enjoyed kale in my life). The only moan I'm going to have is that the creme brulee was a touch over burnt, however everything was so very good I'm not going to let it stop me giving this a 5 star. The whole experience was very very good, it was the best food I'd eaten in recent memory and I really liked the staff, service and the general experience. FYI Little French, we ate on a Friday afternoon at 3pm, 17th Feb, your staff were all amazing 😊

We visited here are the feature on Saturday Kitchen Live, it was such a delicious experience and felt as though we gave ourselves a true dining experience. The food was magical, melt in the mouth and something different as it’s difficult to get good French food anywhere. We went for a birthday and felt as though the staff were accommodating and friendly, you could also see the kitchen and it was fascinating to see the chefs working in harmony to create delicious food. I had the vegetarian options and you can tell only fresh in season vegetables are used. As we had a later lunch service it was nice to see some of the chefs also out on the floor serving customers, it was a real all team affair. Thank you Bristol & Littlefrench. We travelled from Cardiff just for the lunch and was totally worth it.

Lovely setting, friendly service and fabulous food. The scallops were quite possibly the best we’ve ever had. The cote de boeuf was amazing. We ordered the cheesy mash as a side but it came with a massive serving of fries so we left feeling rather stuffed, especially as we also ordered a chocolate mousse! The béarnaise sauce was outstanding and again, a generous amount. A real treat meal.
