Pleasently surprised. Walked in and hyperpop bops were playing and I asked whether they had any whole oily fish carcasses because I'm following the GAPS protocol and wanted to make a healing stock. They advised me that they use all parts of the fish and nothing is wasted. They gave me 2 pounds of the stuff for very cheap, and I bought some delicious king prawns and some sardines, and it was all £8 something. We had a good chat about guts and frog poison. I made my stock and it's yummy. Why I love Bristol. Hope I can get my fishy bits from here again 🌞🌻

Great fishmonger, personal service and the owner seems to genuinely give a toss about affordability for customers (not that this is easy for anyone right now) offering options for cheaper cuts and some recipes, etc. Well done. I've never had anything but good fish from this shop, had a lovely bit of turbot on the weekend, sadly can't manage that every week, but what a treat. Think they have a pop up bar there, too, now, looking forward to giving that a try...

It's quite a walk from where I live but the fish are worth it. Can always give a ring to make an order to ensure the fish I want is there when I go pick it up.

On a very rainy day i was going to various fish shops to buy food for a special dinner. This was the third shop i tried. There was a queue but this moved quickly. The range of products is good. The sevice and advice was excellent. The prices are good. All the items were very fresh. I will be buying my all seafood from this shop in the future.They also fillet and clean the scales if needed.

Ordered a day boat fish box for two. Good value and free delivery. Amazing variety and quality. Bought it to expand my cookery skills and to try something new. Baked the pollack tonight which was delicious. Can't wait to try some more of the box
