My friend suggested this place for a coffee and it was lovely. She had a latte and I had a hot chocolate which was so good. Lovely atmosphere and the staff were so friendly. I had my little girl with me the staff was playing with her and even let us stay a little longer when they tidied up. Will definitely be back an amazing little cafe.

Basically opposite the old Bristol North Baths, just a bit further down from Bakers and Co. The Nectar House offers a vibrant atmosphere and decor with great coffee and hearty food. We went for brunch and we were not disappointed. The welcome was spot on, friendly and relaxed. We found a table near the back. We wanted to sit outside but you can't have it all, it was busy, a good sign. We ordered a latte, cappuccino and flat white, which were all very good. For brunch we ordered 2 fry ups, one sourdough with extras and one beetroot carpaccio. Everyone enjoyed their meals and just relaxed. The food and coffee pricing were on par with other good cafes in the area and the quality was on point. I would happily return again and so would any of my party. Update: Had a cooked breakfast again. Decent breakfast and coffee, very polite/friendly member of the team. The food on display all looked really nice. Bit breezy with the front and back door open but I closed the back door, so no problem really. Good vibe in the cafe..

Visited for a Sunday morning brunch. Place was pretty popular and packed but managed to find a seat outside to watch life go by. This was clearly quite a cool spot, well decorated and had a nice ambience. Ordered a fry up breakfast, as well as a coffee, and a cake. There was a wait for food, but not as long as the staff anticipated which was nice! Fry up was good. As other reviewers mentioned it is a bit fancy, streaky bacon and apple sausage, but it is nevertheless still very nice. It was a bit dear for the portion, but this is Bristol so I could understand that. Coffee very good and the cake was good, but not stand out quality. Overall, rather lovely and would definitely try again.

Unreal brunch here - a must visit if you’re Gloucester Road way. I enjoyed the Classic Stack and I’ve never had anything quite like it! So delicious and filling. The staff are great, it just gets a little chilly when the door is left open. They have a garden out the back and seating at the front if you fancy eating outdoors. Great veggie options here too!

I visited with my children for breakfast. We sat in the little covered garden which we loved. The food tasted amazing. The staff were great and really friendly. The best bit was their gluten free menu. My daughter is coeliac and really struggles in other cafes to find good quality food. Not a problem here. The bread and menu could all be made gluten free. Great place with lovely staff.

Excellent breakfast. More grilled than fried. Top quality sausages with a high pork % compared to a standard breakfast. Good staff. Front and garden outside seating. Dog friendly. Highly recommended. They even have cakes and smoothies.

Staffs are very friendly and working fast pace. The food is fantastic especially classic stack with extra chorizo in the big portion🤤 It’s worth to spend the money in this place. I really recommend 👍🏼I’ll come back again for sure.
