The food was ok. We were minus 3 cookies in our order. When I called the restaurant the manager was patronising and blamed the poor delivery driver! He said the driver must have taken them. The bag was sealed with a sticker. Very poor customer service. No apology. No resolution.

I’ve been to many Subways, and Kingswood stands out. Unlike some other locations, they never hesitate to fill the bun generously with meat and toppings. The portions are great, and the staff are consistently friendly. Definitely one of the best Subway experiences I’ve had.
