Staple Hill's best kept secret. No pretentious frills, just great tasting food in a chilled friendly space. All the tapas we tried were incredibly tasty, served fresh and hot. The cod and asparagus was sublime, just cooked to perfection. The staff are friendly and attentive, definitely has a family run feel. Highly recommended.

Friends have been recommending JK's to us for a while now and they definitely weren't wrong. A fantastic restaurant! The food was delicious, good size tapas portions, great choice of sides and dessert was superb . The service was amazing, everyone was so friendly! We will definitely be returning to sample some cocktails and more food of course! Thank you.

We discovered this Staple Hill culinary jewel this week and can't wait to go back! The food was absolutely beautiful and good value, especially with the Tuesday to Thursday deal. It was great to see the vegan choices rivaling the non-vegan in both quality and quantity. The cocktails were similarly delicious. We ate in the rear garden on a sunny evening which had a lovely atmosphere which was complemented by the friendly and attentive service. We can't recommend JK's too highly, you won't be disappointed.

Excellent tapas bar just off the main high street, offering up a beautiful selection of dishes and cocktails including Bristol’s best Pina colada. The Beef brisket was perfection and the chicken wings were fantastic. Great atmosphere and the staff were absolutely lovely, will definitely be returning soon!

Due to unforeseen sickness at jks the restaurant unfortunately had to close for the afternoon, so we were unable to have our 3pm reservation. However, we received a phonecall that morning apologising that our booking would have to cancelled. Totally understood and was sympathetic to the situation the resturant was in. We were luckily enough, to be in a position to change our reservation time and pushed it back a few hours. Considering the issue with staff absence, the service as always was 5*. The remaining staff obviously all pulled together and provided excellent customer care. The food as expected was fantastic, and cocktails amazing. Always happy to leave a great review as this resturant definitely deserves it. Thankyou Jack for another lovely visit.
