Food was nice (we went for the breakfast menu) however it was near impossible to get the waitresses attention after making our initial order. One waitress for the entire place, late morning on a Saturday seemed a bit stretched and service lacked a little for it.
The waiting staff was lovely!! But we waited a lot and felt that food was left under the heating lamp for a while. Have had lovely experience in Bella Italia in the past so mix feelings. We were able to use taste-card with 4 people which was lovely!

Typical Italian chain restaurant, good atmosphere on a Thursday evening. Generally a good meal although, it has to be said that the 'new' swirls garlic bread starter were very small, the waitress thought the same and was happy to deduct them from the bill.
The mains were of generous portions, and my 'marinara spaghetti' had a good helping of seafood.
Had a really nice time here, food was good reasonably priced, staff were lovely. Very nice surroundings. We came when it was quiet, that probably helped.

This was my first time at Bella Italia and the food and service was great. I was served by Joanna and she was lovely, and very attentive. This was a few days ago, not sure of the exact date, I left a big tip to show my appreciation. Will definitely be back soon!!! xx

The service was friendly without being intrusive. I didn't have to wait long for a table and after an adequate time to study the menu a waiter attended. As for food my main (a customized margherita with chillies and caramelized onion) was excellent, however the starter was average and felt like it had simply been reheated. In conclusion it was good without being great.
