Visited a few times over the last 2 weeks. The waiting time here is often very long given the number of customers in the shop. A queue of 4 people can lead to a 10-15 minute wait despite there being three staff members on - far longer than other branches. Staff are polite and friendly, but the branch does not seem especially efficiently run or well managed.
