Buddy's Bar-b-q

The Food was DELICIOUS! I got the rib plate w/ a side of baked beans and potato salad. Hush puppies automatically come with the meal. However, I didn’t like the potato salad (too much mayo) but everything else I enjoyed. The establishment is clean, the service was great. Within minutes of me ordering, my food was fresh, hot, and READY. This was the best meal I had on my trip and I’m grateful for that, I will be back.

I had ordered the chicken barbecue sandwich which I felt it definitely did not have enough meat on it for as big a bun it was. But the taste was great. And also only came with one side which I had order hush puppies. They weren't all that great I should have gotten the fries instead. Would recommend no they are good

Went through the drive thru & picked up a brisket dinner & a 4-piece smoked wings. Cashier was very friendly. The smoked wings were delicious - well cooked & juicy inside. I chose the dry rub which had good flavor. The beef brisket was sliced extremely thin & already had BBQ sauce on it. The BBQ sauce was tasty & the brisket itself was pretty good. I would have preferred it sliced thicker although that may have made it tough. The hush puppies were golden, crispy & well seasoned. For sides, I selected the potato salad - which was phenomenal - & the BBQ beans. The serving size on the sides was a little too small & I am fairly sure the beans were merely dumped out of a can into my to-go container - too soft a texture & completely devoid of flavor. I've had way worse BBQ in the tri-cities & I've also had much better. I'm not unhappy that I tried Buddy's, but I doubt I'll be back.
